GlowPaws Return & Exchange Policy
At GlowPaws, we are committed to ensuring you and your furry friends are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we’re here to help!
Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at glowpaws2025@gmail. com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Exchanges
Eligibility: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Exchange: Simply reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. If the item is of equal or lesser value, we'll process the exchange right away. If the new item costs more, we’ll provide you with a link to pay the difference.
Refund Process: Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
